Who we are…
We are a digital print equipment liquidator. We acquire our equipment mainly from business closings, technical schools/universities and many other sources. We restore all equipment to working order with all new parts unless specifically stated otherwise in the advertisement.
Do you offer repair service?
Please contact us if you need repair for your Roland or DTG.
Do you offer technical support after purchasing a piece of equipment?
We offer phone support if requested for initial setup only, we do not offer technical support after the initial setup.
What are your hours?
We are available by phone or email M-F 8am-5pm EST
Do you offer training?
We do not offer training for any of the equipment we sell.
Do you offer warranties or returns/refunds?
Unless otherwise noted(some of our machines do come with a warranty). Most of our equipment is sold as is. We do not offer warranties or returns/refunds on most of our equipment to allow our pricing to be competitive and many times considerably less than most sellers of similar equipment.
